So I haven't posted in the past 2 months. I am such a slacker.
I had to get through some work from last term, then had two block weeks of classes, a Rugby tour to Duke, finshing up my second year project, starting softball, organising Habitat for Humanity and gearing up for graduation.
I did manage to get an elbow to eye during practice for rugby and have what is called an "orbital blow-out fracture" meaning the bone in the eyesocket behind my eye is fractured. It was really painful and I spent most of my time vomiting from the pain after it happened. Lot's of fun and it meant that I could not play in the rugby tournament at Duke. So I guess my career is over.
However, as Rugby ends, the softball season is starting up. We got some swank softball jerseys this year that I had to smuggle in from the US. We are moving to division 2 which should make it more competitive.
Also, I forgot to mention, I have a job now! On September 10th, I will be starting at a large Internet search company. You might be able to figure out which one.

COngrats on the job! Are you coming out to the valley by anychance? would be great to have you out here fo sho.
Also, that credit card / police stories is one of the funnier things I have ever heard.
Hope the eye is healing well... it looks pretty brutal in the photo... you and brett can exchange stories of month long black eyes if you get out this way.
